An approximate overview of available stocks of stamps, postal stationery, and other philatelic items.

Overview of available stock

The overview of available stock will provide you with:

  • easier orientation in the range of postage stamps and philatelic goods,
  • an up-to-date overview of stock availability,
  • clearer input information for ordering stamps online.

The file contains an overview of available stamps and the approximate number of items in the PostFila central warehouse in Prague.

The date of the update is indicated in the file header. The file will be updated approximately on a monthly basis or in the event of significant stock movements. Continuous daily updates are not possible for operational reasons, so it may happen that the requested goods are no longer in stock.

The inventory overview does not include goods from the current year due to the high frequency of movement of individual items and reservations for production purposes – the current balances would be significantly distorted here. 

Options and how to order

  • In the case of a larger number of items of one type (approximately more than 30 pieces) – the order will be processed directly by the PostFila central warehouse – contact: Jitka Černohorská, tel. 954 400 777, email Cernohorska.Jitka@cpost.cz,
  • In the case of standard reorders of available items, orders for entire years of stamps that are still available, requests will be handled by Zásilková služby Karlovy Vary – contact: tel. 954 400 597, email filatelie.kv@cpost.cz. 

If you use the attached file, to place your order, first download it to your PC and enter the number of items in stamps in the order quantity. Then attach the completed file to an email and send it to our office.

Do not change or delete anything in the file except for the numbers you have entered. If you have any further questions or additional information regarding your request, please include them in the accompanying email. 

Additional orders from the overview of available stock are not processed in the standard online ordering system, so no confirmation of receipt is automatically generated!

The shipment will be sent cash on delivery within 15 business days of receipt of the order. To speed up the processing of your order, please include the address to which the shipment should be sent in the accompanying email. If the delivery address includes the specific name of the recipient of the shipment, which should not appear in the billing address, please indicate this in the accompanying email.

Information for contractual business partners

– i.e. customers who have concluded a contract for the purchase of stamps and philatelic goods with the specialized PostFila department

If you have a purchase contract with the specialized PostFila department, your additional order from the list of available stock will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this valid purchase contract. Therefore, please always include your contract number when placing orders.
