Česká pošta, s.p. undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on amendments to Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and on amendments to certain other acts, as amended, which implement Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, and in accordance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll. (on the accessibility requirements for certain products and services), which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
State of harmony
This website complies with most of the main principles of WCAG version 2.2 and some key criteria of level AA, and is therefore partially compliant with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and amending Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and amending certain other acts, as amended, and Act No. 424/2023 Coll. due to the non-compliance listed below. We are actively working to gradually eliminate the reasons for non-compliance.
