Mobile application Online Postcard
Send a postcard from your phone straight to the mailbox!
Surprise someone with an original birthday card or an unexpected greeting from your vacation! Send your family or friends a postcard featuring your own photo. You can easily create and send it directly from your phone or tablet, and we will print it and deliver it to their mailbox!

Online Letter
Write your document on a computer, save it as a PDF and we handle the rest – printing, envelope insertion and delivery to the recipient. No printer, no envelope, no visit to the post office. The service is available from anywhere in the world.
Both standard and registered items can be sent within the Czech Republic and to selected European countries.

Conversion mail service
The sender submits a digitally signed electronic original to a dedicated data mailbox of Česká pošta, s.p. – we perform an authorised conversion into paper form and deliver the item to the recipient. The sender subsequently receives a proof of delivery, or notification of the reasons for non-delivery.
Unlike standard document printing, this is a fully authorised conversion with the legal validity of a paper original. Česká pošta, s.p., as a public administration contact point, is legally authorised to perform this conversion.

eSIPO for recipients
The eSIPO application provides you with an online overview of customer payments, payer management, and the ability to submit new collection requests without having to send encrypted files via email.
The eSIPO service is intended for payment recipients (organizations). To use this service, you must sign a contract with Česká pošta (Czech Post) and create an account in PoštaOnline.

Preprinting of payment slips
Through the Hybrid Mail service, you can order preprinted postal payment slips type A and C – partially completed slips pre-filled with details such as your address or account number. Simply contact our sales department and complete a straightforward online order form.
