Redelivery by regular delivery service

We provide this service free of charge every working day during normal delivery hours, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We provide this service for all types of postal items.

Example of use: You found a Notice in your mailbox and will be home on one of the following working days between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

How to do it...

  • by phone – you will find the phone number of your depositing post office on the notice, where you can arrange a redelivery date, or
  • on the ČP website, you can submit a request for redelivery of a deposited consignment by regular delivery. (The request must be submitted at least three business days before the requested redelivery date, and this date cannot be after the end of the collection period.)

When the service cannot be provided:

  • for damaged consignments,
  • for consignment with a declared value equal to or greater than CZK 200,000,
  • if you request delivery on the day the arrival of the consignment was announced.
