Online Change of Delivery

The parcel is already on its way, but you know from the notification you received that you will not be available at the specified address at the specified time? Do you need to extend the storage period for a stored parcel or letter, or would you like to have the shipment delivered again?

Log in to the app and customize your delivery to suit your needs and schedule.

The instructions are divided into three categories:

Changes to the delivery location

  • Deliver the consignment to a different address
  • Store the consignment directly at the post office
  • Store the consignment at a different post office

Changes to the delivery date

  • Deliver by regular mail between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Postpone delivery to another working day
  • Extend the period during which the consignment will be stored at the post office
  • Redeliver the consignment

Restrictions on delivery to substitute addressees

  • Please deliver the consignment only to persons staying in my apartment.
  • I will collect the consignment myself.

How does the application work?

  1. You can access the application after receiving an email or SMS notification about the delivery of your consignment.
  2. If you want to change the delivery of your consignment, log in to the application by entering the consignment number and the contact details to which you received the notification. You can now log in to the application using a verification code. You will find the verification code on the printed notification for your consignment.
  3. All the options that are currently available will be displayed.
  4. After you select a change option, we will send you a summary notification by email or SMS. If we do not have any contact details for your consignment, we will send the summary notification to the email address you have selected.
  5. Options can be changed from the time of posting* to the time of storage and delivery; the last option entered overrides the previous one (the options available depend on the consignment's life cycle).
  6. Most of the optional arrangements are provided free of charge. If you choose a chargeable arrangement, the application will notify you of the amount you will pay when you collect the consignment.

*For selected consignments, change instructions can only be selected after they have been saved.
