World Postal Union (WPU) files

The Acts of the Universal Postal Union are multilateral international treaties concluded between UPU member states, which establish binding uniform rules for international postal traffic. Their provisions are reflected in the postal conditions of basic services. Some provisions of the UPU Acts also apply to the handling of postal items outside the territory of the Czech Republic.
