Is your shipment already on its way, but you know from the notification you received that you will not be available at the specified time and address? Do you need to extend the storage period for a stored shipment or letter, or would you like to have the shipment redelivered?
Log in to the app and customize the delivery of your shipment to suit your needs and schedule.
We have clearly divided the options into three categories:
Change of delivery location

- Deliver the shipment to a different address
- Store the shipment at a different post office
Change of delivery date

- Deliver by regular mail between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Postpone delivery to another working day.
- Extend the period during which the shipment will be stored at the post office.
- Redeliver the shipment.
Restrictions on delivery to substitute recipients

- Please deliver the parcel only to persons staying in my apartment.
- I will collect the parcel myself.
How does the application work?
- You can access the application after receiving an email or SMS notification about the delivery of your shipment.
- If you want to change the delivery of your shipment, log in to the application by entering the shipment tracking number and the contact details to which you received the notification. You can now log in to the application using a verification code. You will find the verification code on the printed notification for your shipment.
- All the options that are currently available will be displayed.
- After you select a change option, we will send you a summary notification by email or SMS. If we do not have any contact details for your shipment, we will send the summary notification to the email address you have selected.
- Options can be changed from the time of posting* to the time of storage and delivery; the last option entered overrides the previous one (the options available depend on the shipment's life cycle).
- Most of the optional instructions are provided free of charge. If you choose an instruction that incurs a fee, the application will notify you of the amount you will pay when you pick up the shipment.
*For selected shipments, change instructions can only be chosen after they have been stored.
