At select Czech Post branches, clients of the Health Insurance Company of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic (ZP MV ČR) can submit certain forms or applications free of charge. ZP MV ČR clients can take advantage of the extensive branch network of Czech Post and conveniently handle certain matters even in locations where the insurance company does not have a dedicated client service office.

Cooperation between ZP MV ČR and Česká pošta

The Health Insurance Company of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic and Czech Post are collaborating to provide the insurance company’s clients with a simple, accessible, and reliable way to handle selected services throughout the Czech Republic. Thanks to this collaboration, clients of the Ministry of the Interior Health Insurance Company can use the extensive branch network of the Czech Post to conveniently handle selected matters in locations where a specialized insurance company client service center is not available.

At select Czech Post branches, clients of the Health Insurance Company of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic can submit the following forms electronically at no cost:

  • Insured Person’s Notification of Change of Information
  • Declaration of Long-Term Stay Abroad
  • Application for a Grant from the Prevention Fund
  • General Request – e.g., request for a replacement insurance card in case of loss, request for an annual statement from the personal account, or request for login credentials for E-Communication, and other requests
