At select Czech Post branches, clients of the Health Insurance Company of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic (ZP MV ČR) can submit certain forms or applications free of charge. ZP MV ČR clients can take advantage of the extensive branch network of Czech Post and conveniently handle certain matters even in locations where the insurance company does not have a dedicated client service office.

At select Czech Post branches, clients of the Health Insurance Company of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic can submit the following forms electronically at no cost:
- Insured Person’s Notification of Change of Information
- Declaration of Long-Term Stay Abroad
- Application for a Grant from the Prevention Fund
- General Request – e.g., request for a replacement insurance card in case of loss, request for an annual statement from the personal account, or request for login credentials for E-Communication, and other requests
