Change of place of delivery (Redirection) for all arrived consignments
Consignments can be redirected to any address in the Czech Republic for a period of your choice. The price of the service is determined according to the valid Czech Post price list. For forwarding parcels, the price for the basic service is charged, plus a surcharge for the declared value, bulky or fragile items service.
Example of use: You have moved to a new place and have not yet informed all your friends and the authorities.
How to do it...
- in person at any post office using the Request – Addressee's Action form, or
your authorized representative can request the change at any post office using the Request for Change of Delivery Location (Redirection) form.
When the service cannot be provided:
- for consignments where the sender has added the note "Nedosílat"
