Public procurement
Česká pošta, s.p. is a public contracting authority pursuant to Section 4, Paragraph 1, Letter e) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Act), which in the case of sectoral public contracts proceeds pursuant to Section 151 et seq. of the Act.
Public contracts that are not sectoral public contracts and above-threshold sectoral public contracts are awarded by ČP in a tender procedure in accordance with the Act. In both cases, such public contracts are published in the Public Procurement Bulletin - Ministry of Regional Development. Other sectoral public contracts and small-scale public contracts are awarded in accordance with internal regulations.
We strive to ensure that suppliers selected through the public procurement process adhere to the fundamental values and standards of conduct set out in the Česká pošta, s.p. Supplier Code, which forms part of the contracts concluded between Česká pošta, s.p. and suppliers.
Contracting Authority Profile
Information on public procurement procedures is published by Česká pošta, s.p. on its contracting authority profile.
Česká pošta, s.p. uses the Tender Arena electronic tool as its contracting authority profile, through which it communicates with suppliers and receives electronic tenders.
To participate in public procurement procedures, a supplier must be registered on the Tender Arena electronic platform. New registrations can be made via the ‘Supplier Registration’ link, which redirects to the NIPEZ Portal. Supplier registration is free of charge.
Suppliers also have the option of communicating with the contracting authority electronically and submitting tenders via the ‘Zakázky GOV’ electronic tool, operated by the Ministry of Regional Development. Detailed instructions on how to use it (the ‘Help’ link), including contact details for user support, are available via the link provided.
Dynamic procurement systems
The contracting authority uses a special public procurement procedure via dynamic purchasing systems (hereinafter ‘DPS’) for the procurement of standard and widely available goods, services or construction works.
Below, we provide links to the individual DNSs already in place and available on the contracting authority’s profile, to which suppliers may submit an application for inclusion. Suppliers who demonstrate that they meet the conditions for inclusion in the DNS are subsequently invited to submit tenders for specific public contracts.
