Documentation and other information for contractual partners

Contracts concluded before January 15, 2024 generally refer to the uniform General Terms and Conditions for Contractual Clients. Contracts concluded after this date generally refer either to the General Terms and Conditions for Contractual Clients – Letter Mail and Other Services, or to the General Terms and Conditions for Contractual Clients – Parcel Mail, depending on the type of services provided.
