Czech POINT (Czech Post Office Verification Information National Terminal) is a single point of contact for providing public and verified information to citizens and businesses.
You can obtain various certified documents, extracts, and confirmations from public registers in one place without having to visit multiple offices.
You can conveniently take care of everything at selected post offices, government offices, or municipal and city contact points.
What the service is for
The Czech POINT service helps citizens and businesses:
- to obtain official extracts and confirmations for legal, commercial, or official purposes
- to verify the identity of persons for official documents
- to convert documents between paper and electronic form (authorized conversion)
- facilitate the submission of documents, e.g., to the trade register or data boxes
- save time – you can take care of everything during a single visit to the post office

Public registers

Note: Public registers are accessible to the general public, and anyone interested can obtain information from them without the need for special authorization.
Non-public registers
- extract from the criminal record for natural persons
- extract from the driver points system
- extract from the insolvency register
- register of participants in the car wreck module (ISOH)
Note: Non-public registers contain sensitive data, therefore access is restricted and requires proof of identity or authorization to view.

Note: These services are not primarily extracts from registers, but belong to the Czech POINT agenda and facilitate official and business activities.
Who can use the service and what is required?
Anyone can use Czech POINT – individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies.
What you need depends on the specific service:
- for extracts from public registers, you usually do not need proof of identity; all you need is the company ID number or other identification data
- For non-public registers, valid identification is required.
- When representing another person, an officially certified power of attorney is required.
- For some submissions (e.g., trade license), the relevant form or additional documents are also required.
Mobile Czech POINT
Mobile Czech POINT is a portable contact point that Česká pošta can set up directly at companies or organizations. It allows you to carry out all standard Czech POINT tasks – extracts, signature verification, authorized document conversion, and submissions to data boxes. The service is particularly suitable for companies and organizations that need to handle multiple official matters on site.
