Information on the processing of personal data
The personal data controller is Česká pošta, s.p., with its registered office at Politických vězňů 909/4, 225 99, Prague 1,
Company ID No.: 47114983, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section A, File 7665 (ČP).
The personal data of customers who are also users of the mobile application is processed by ČP for the purpose of
enabling customers to use the services and functions presented in the "Pošta Online" mobile application.
The aim of the application is to facilitate the provision of services to customers and thus the fulfillment of the contract by ČP.
The supplier of the mobile application:
- First and last name
- Address
- Phone number
- Customer card number
- Shipment number
- Map location information
ČP stores the personal data of customers as users of the mobile application for a maximum period of 15 months from the date of download of the application by the user and verification of their contact details. This period is automatically extended if the user logs into the application before it expires. Information about the user's location on the map is not stored in the mobile application for longer than the time necessary for the user to view it.
