How it works

1. Select a post office and choose a service 

Open the application available at www.postaonline.cz/rezervace and select the Czech Post office you want to visit. Then select the desired service and click on the Confirm button.


2. Select the date of your visit

3. Book an appointment

Please enter your first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number so that we can send you a reservation code. Create your reservation by clicking on the Confirm button.


4. Visit the post office 

We will remind you of your visit to the post office 24 hours before your appointment. On the day of your visit, please arrive at the Czech Post branch between 5 minutes before and 10 minutes after your appointment time and press the "Appointed Clients" button (lower left corner of the screen) on the display of the call system terminal. Enter your reservation code, confirm it, and a ticket will be printed automatically. You will be called immediately after the first counter providing the requested service becomes available.

This service is available only at post offices equipped with a ticket dispenser. This includes nearly 300 high-traffic branches..

No. Booking a service appointment is free.

Yes. The email summarizing your reservation includes a link to cancel it. If you know you won’t be able to make it on the scheduled date, we recommend canceling your reservation so that the slot becomes available for other clients.

It is not possible to subscribe to all services, but the offering has now been expanded to include the most frequently used services.

The reservation code is a "password" that you will receive via email and text message. You will need to enter this code into the call-up system during your visit to verify your reservation. You can also use the reservation code to cancel your reservation.

On the day of your service appointment, please arrive at the post office at the scheduled time. Your reservation is valid 5 minutes before the scheduled time and 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Example: If your appointment is at 1:00 PM, the reservation is valid from 12:55 PM to 1:10 PM. The reservation cannot be used before or after this time window.
