Central address
What is a central address?
This is a place where information required by law or voluntarily provided is published in a publicly accessible information system (the Internet). Česká pošta, s.p. (Czech Post) has been designated as the administrator of the central address.
Currently published information at the central address:
- on public auctions within the meaning of Act No. 26/2000 Coll., as amended, effective until the date of entry into force of Act No. 250/2023 Coll., on public auctions, with regard to Section 63(2) of Act No. 250/2023 Coll., on public auctions,
- other auctions, e.g. pursuant to Act No. 120/2001 Coll., on court bailiffs and enforcement activities (Enforcement Code), and Act No. 99/1963 Coll., Civil Procedure Code,
- on transfers of state property within the meaning of Implementing Decree No. 62 to Act No. 219/2000 Coll. as amended, and on other offers – offers submitted outside the scope of the aforementioned Act and Decree.

How to submit documents for publication
- by post – the auctioneer/contracting authority sends the order and documents to be published to the operator's office,
- by direct entry – the auctioneer/contracting authority fills in the order in the web application and attaches the document to be published,
- by data box – the auctioneer/contracting authority sends the order and documents to be published to the data box of Česká pošta, s.p. (Czech Post),
- by e-mail – the auctioneer/contracting authority sends encrypted documents for publication together with the order using the CADR PCJ VD/ON unified data interface.
