Comprehensive extract from credit registers

Get a complete overview of your financial obligations and other data kept in credit registers and debtor registers. The statement can be obtained at selected branches of the Czech Post Office marked Czech POINT – no prior registration is required.  

What you will find in the extract

  • overview of current and repaid bank and non-bank loans
  • history of loan applications (including rejected ones)
  • information on the regularity of repayments, any delays and defaults
  • records of enforcement proceedings against you
  • records of ongoing or completed insolvency proceedings 

What is the extract used for? 

  • Before applying for a mortgage or loan – find out what banks will see when assessing your application. 
  • If you suspect identity theft – check whether someone is taking out a loan in your name. 
  • To check your own financial history – overview of loans, repayments, and commitments. 
  • Before concluding contracts with service providers – e.g., energy, telecommunications (REPI)
  • For entrepreneurs and companies – an overview of financial reliability and any entries 

What the extract contains 

Information from the following registers and databases:  

  • Bank and non-bank register of client information (BRKI, NRKI) – complete overview of bank and non-bank loans, repayment history, loan applications  
  • Payment Information Register (REPI) – payment history with suppliers outside the financial sector (e.g., energy, telecommunications)
  • Central Enforcement Register (CEE) – records of current enforcement proceedings
  • Insolvency Register (ISIR) – information on ongoing or completed insolvency proceedings 

Note: The extract does not contain data from the CNB Central Credit Register. 

Who can obtain an extract and what is required for this 

  • natural person (aged 18 or over) – proof of identity is sufficient
  • entrepreneur or company – proof of authorization to act on behalf of the entity is required
  • representative of another person – must have an officially certified power of attorney 

Where can I obtain a statement? 

At selected post offices offering the Czech POINT service.

Price of the extract 

  • 350 CZK including VAT
