How to order Czech stamps and philatelic items?
Thanks to the Standing Order service (domestic) or Annual Order service (international), you can receive new Czech stamp designs and philatelic products on a regular basis.
What is a standing order?
Thanks to the Standing Order service, you will receive news about Czech stamp designs and philatelic goods from Česká pošta. You can choose deliveries at intervals that suit you – every three months, every six months, or once a year. Just fill out a simple form Standing order. We will deliver the stamps and philatelic goods you order by cash on delivery to the address you specify in the Standing Order form.

If you have already selected stamps or other philatelic items, please send the completed standing order form by email to filatelie.kv@cpost.cz or by post to:

How to cancel a standing order?
You can cancel a standing order in writing at the above address or by email at filatelie.kv@cpost.cz. To cancel an order, you can use the withdrawal form.

How to order Czech stamps and philatelic goods from abroad
The Annual Order service guarantees that if you wish, you will not miss any Czech postage stamps or other philatelic goods. Once a year we will simply deliver to you a complete set of Czech postage stamps and philatelic goods according to your order. Just complete the simple form Annual Order.
How and where to send your annual order?

How will the annual order be delivered?
Based on your annual order, we will send you a pro forma invoice by post or email at the end of the year. Once the money has been credited to the Czech Post account, we will promptly deliver the ordered stamps and philatelic goods by post.
Czech stamps and other stamps are delivered at their nominal value, philatelic goods at the selling price of Česká pošta, s. p. Prices are converted at the daily exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of issue of the pro forma invoice.
Purchases from contractual partners
As part of its wholesale activities abroad, the Czech Post has several contractual partners, who ensure the further distribution and sale of Czech stamps, postal stationery, and philatelic goods in their territory.
