What is digitization and document management?
Česká pošta provides comprehensive solutions focused on document digitization and management. Document processing and subsequent use are among the basic internal processes of every company. Česká pošta offers you the opportunity to optimize and streamline this area.
Czech Post offers not only the processing of common types and formats of documents (e.g., invoices, contracts, orders, forms, business documents), but also large-format and specialized digitization services (e.g., maps, construction drawings, books), including archival digitization for long-term document storage. We will tailor our digitization and document management services to your needs.
This service does not involve the digitization of individual documents, but rather the establishment of long-term cooperation.
Scope of service
- Digitization and document management is a package of services that together form a comprehensive process, tailored to the client's requirements and specified parameters.
- We can quickly prepare and implement services related to one-time document digitization (e.g., documents stored in archives), including collection from all locations in the Czech Republic.
- We will prepare the documents for scanning and then return them to their original state (folders).
- We extract data from scanned documents and then verify it using software from renowned foreign manufacturers (eFLOW, KOFAX).
- At the client's request, we also provide controlled shredding (document disposal) or electronic and physical archiving services.
- In the case of digitization of newly arriving documents (e.g., invoices, forms, contracts, etc.), we provide comprehensive outsourcing services associated with the delivery of the necessary technology and scanning equipment.
