A service that can be used to send items that are not of high value. Neither the posting nor the delivery of a Ordinary Letter is confirmed, and Česká pošta is not liable for this item from posting to delivery, which means that the item cannot be insured or any additional services used.

- Ordinary priority letter – usually delivered the next business day after posting
- Ordinary economy letter – usually delivered no later than the sixth business day after posting.

In cash upon submission or by postage stamps (letter stamps or stamps with a nominal value):

Letter stamp B (Standard economy letter – standard up to 50 g) and, in addition, for contract customers also by franking machine, cashless payment of postal service charges, Credit or bank transfer.
Submission
- Ordinary mail cannot be valued (priced) or used for additional services
- If a random sender requests that a regular letter be sent as priority mail, they must indicate this when posting it at the post office or mark the letter with a postage stamp of the appropriate value (this applies in particular to letters posted in a mailbox). Although it is no longer necessary to mark the item with D+1, it is not a mistake to do so
- Priority items from contractual senders must be sorted according to the selected delivery mode and priority items must always be clearly marked D+1
- Items can be posted at any post office, with authorized postal workers, or by placing them directly in a mailbox

For contract customers
Based on a contract (agreement) with Česká pošta, you can use the Reply Mail service.
If the customer (addressee of the Registered Mail) uses this service based on the contract, the price for the service is not paid by the sender, but by the addressee. In addition to other prices for the posted item, a surcharge of CZK 4 is added.
For contractual customers, payment is also possible by franking machine imprint, cashless payment for postal services, or bank transfer.
