With the Customer Card, you can take advantage of attractive discounts on selected Czech Post services. We will inform you about discounts and rewards from Czech Post partners by email from ceska.posta@centrum-zakaznickych-karet.cz. 

No more filling out posting forms 

Take a break from routine—send up to 9 letters or 5 parcels at once without posting forms, simply by presenting your Customer Card. 

Email notification of registered mail delivery 

You will receive email confirmation of the successful delivery of registered shipments, as well as information about the recipient being unavailable or refusing to accept the shipment. This benefit applies to all shipments for which the additional Electronic Notification to Sender service can be selected.

You will receive the discount automatically upon presentation of your Customer Card. The discount can be applied when sending letters, provided you pay by invoice, bank transfer, or cash. However, it cannot be applied to letters that have already been stamped.

*The discount applies to shipments sent at the basic price or at the price for shipments sent with a ČP Customer Card. The condition for granting the discount is the submission of shipping data via the "Send Shipment" application available at www.poslatzasilku.cz, via the ePA electronic shipping form, which is available for download at www.ceskaposta.cz/ke-stazeni/ formulare-a-tiskopisy or by other electronic means designated by the company for the submission of posting data (Online Posting, API interface, etc.). The posting data must be submitted no later than at the time of posting, must be complete, and must not require any additional intervention by company employees.

How to order

Completely FREE either online or at post offices! 

  • Electronically directly on this page 

Save yourself a trip to the post office and submit an online application for a Customer Card. We will confirm receipt of your application by email, and your Customer Card will be delivered by registered mail within 10 business days of ordering. 

  • In person at post office branches 

Fill out and submit the application at any Czech Post office. You can obtain the application either directly at the post office or download it, print it out, and bring the completed form to the post office. 

Card transfer

We will send it to the contact address within 10 days. 

For security reasons, we will deliver the card by registered mail exclusively to the contact address you provided in your order. By sending it exclusively to your own hands, we protect you against the card falling into unauthorized hands. Once you receive the card, it becomes valid immediately and you can start using it to its full extent. By using the card for the first time, you confirm your agreement with the card terms and conditions. The card is valid for 3 years, unless otherwise specified by the issuer. 

What does the shipment contain? 

  • Customer card
  • Terms and conditions for using the Customer Card
  • Security code in case you need to block the card or change your contact details, for example 

Information on the Customer Card 

  1. Card number – the most important piece of information on the card. This number is also part of the barcode on the card. 
  2. Barcode – for convenient shipping, thanks to which you will no longer have to write out the address at the counter. 
  3. First and last name of the cardholder.
  4. Mailing address of the cardholder – if you are sending shipments with a Customer Card, this must be listed as the sender's address on all shipments.
  5. Customer ID – this is the first 10 digits of the card number. They are unique and the same for all your cards. 

How to use the card?

Simply submit it at the post office counter! 

  1. Present your card at any branch and you will automatically receive all discounts and benefits. 
  2. You do not need to fill out any shipping labels; we will provide you with a printed proof of shipment. 
  3. The contact address listed on the card serves as the sender's address. 
  4. You pay the postage reduced by the discounts associated with the Customer Card.  

What is a contact address?  

  • The address you provided in your order and printed on the back of your card 
  • serves as the address that will always be listed as the sender's address when sending letters and packages with the Customer Card 
  • it is the address you would normally write on a postage slip  

What to do in case of theft or loss?

Please contact us, and we will block your card and issue a new one. 

What to do if your card is lost or stolen? 

If you lose your Customer Card or it is stolen, we recommend that you block the card immediately. You can block your card by calling the customer service line or at any Czech Post office. To successfully block your card, you must provide the security code that you received in the package with your card. Blocking your card is irreversible; the card cannot be restored and you must order a new one. 

What is a security code? 

You will receive the security code in the package together with the card. It is a four-digit number that you should keep safe and not disclose to anyone. You can use the code, for example, to block your card in case of loss, theft, or other misuse, or to change your contact details. 

Have you lost your security code?  

Simply send us a Request for a new security code for your Česká pošta, s.p. Customer Card to the Customer Card Center address: Česká pošta, s.p., Oddělení ZCU/1, Wolkerova 480, 749 20 Vítkov. We will generate and send you a new code for a handling fee of CZK 30.
