Obtain a certified extract from the Central Registry of Executions (CEE). The extract will allow you to find out whether an execution is being carried out against a person or company, who is carrying it out, and what its status is.
Service description
This service helps you avoid risks when purchasing real estate, concluding contracts, or granting loans. The extract is an official document confirming whether a person or company is subject to enforcement proceedings under the Enforcement Code. It provides up-to-date and verified information from the register maintained by the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Czech Republic.
The central registry of executions is maintained and administered by the Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Czech Republic.

What the extract contains
The extract contains the following information:
- whether enforcement proceedings have been initiated against the entity in question
- who is the authorized court enforcement officer
- what is the reason for the enforcement and what obligation is being enforced
- the date of the enforcement order
- whether the enforcement has been definitively postponed or discontinued.
The Central Registery of Executions does not contain data on enforcement proceedings conducted by courts, state administration, financial authorities, or health insurance companies under regulations other than the Enforcement Code.
Who can obtain the extract and what is required for this
Anyone can request an extract, both natural persons and legal entities, with proof of identity.
To register another person, you need to know their identification details:
- first and last name
- date of birth (natural person) or ID number (legal entity).
