State social support and employment benefits

At selected branches of the Czech Post you can submit an application for parental allowance, an application for employment placement and an application for unemployment benefit. The acceptance of applications for the so-called super allowance will be introduced at post offices in agreement with the Office of the Employment Service of the Czech Republic during 2026.

Czech Post employees will help you with the application submission via the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs application called JENDA. The Labour Office will then evaluate the electronic application and notify you of the status of the submitted application.
