Service description
The Notification service means electronic notification of a shipment via mobile phone or email.
If the sender uses the Registered Parcel, Insured Parcel, Domestic EMS when posting parcels and provides contact details (mobile phone or email), Notification to the recipient is included in these services free of charge.
Service process
Throughout the delivery process, we will keep you informed about the progress of your shipment by sending you text messages or emails. In order to provide you with shipment information, we need to know your mobile phone number or email address.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to provide this information when ordering goods online or from mail order companies. Retailers will pass on your contact details to us along with the shipment, so we can easily contact you and deliver your shipment as quickly as possible.
Similarly, if you are posting a parcel yourself, simply fill in the shipment details, including the recipient's contact details, online or on the postage label.

If you are the sender of a shipment and want to make sure that the recipient has received it, simply provide your contact details and ask for an electronic notification to the sender at the counter when submitting the shipment.
Who can use the Notification service?
Service price
The price for the Notification to Recipients service is already included in the basic price of shipments, and the recipient does not pay anything extra for it.
When submitting a shipment, the sender has the option of using Electronic Notification to the Sender (acceptance of the shipment by the recipient), which is charged according to the current Price List.
