Registered Consignment
A reliable service that allows you to send documents and small items in a registered parcel. Parcels are tracked in the T&T system from dispatch to delivery.
Benefits of the service
A service through which you can send documents, books, or other small items of low value. Česká pošta is liable for any loss, damage, or shortage of contents up to CZK 1,640.

What and how can you send?
- Shipments with regular dimensions and enclosed contents in sealed packaging.

Price list
Method of payment
In cash upon submission or by postage stamps, and additionally for contract customers by franking machine, cashless payment of postal service fees, credit, or an invoice.
Submission
- Submissions can be made at any post office or to authorized postal workers.
- It is advisable to mark the shipment "Registered."
- The sender's address must be indicated in the upper left quarter of the address side of the shipment.
- The sender fills in the pre-printed Postage Slip, Postage Sheet in electronic or paper form, or Data File.
- The post office will confirm the submission of the shipment to the sender in a proof of posting. This takes the form of a Postage Slip or Postage Sheet.
TIP! Fill in the shipping details online in the Send Shipment application, get a discount, and print out an address label to stick on your shipment. This saves you from having to write the address by hand.
Delivery
The recipient confirms receipt of the registered mail.
Alternative services
If you want to insure your shipment, use Insured letter. Larger shipments can be sent as Insured Consignment.
For contract customers
Based on a contract (agreement) with Česká pošta, you can use the following services:
If the customer (addressee of the registered mail) uses this service based on the contract, the price for the service is not paid by the sender, but by the addressee. No additional services can be selected for this service. In addition to other prices for the item posted, a surcharge will be added according to the current price list.
Method of payment
In cash upon posting or by postage stamps, and additionally for contractual customers by a postage meter imprint (pdf, 45kB), cashless payment of postal service prices or on the basis of an invoice.

Electronic transfer of data files for shipments (address details, required services, etc.).
Data files from T&T
Information on the movement and delivery of shipments provided to the sender.
