The shipment preparation guide will familiarize you with the correct procedure for packing and describing your shipment.

Quick tips and recommendations
Securing the contents of the shipment and well-designed deformation zones (at least 3 cm) are more important than they may seem. Take a look at everything your shipment may encounter during transport.

Our drivers do their utmost to deliver your shipment safely. However, please bear in mind that your shipment is not traveling alone.
Sorting shipments
Although we use modern technology to handle and sort shipments, it is possible that your shipment may collide with another shipment.
Keep this in mind when packing your shipment.

Use adhesive tape to create the shape of the letter "H."
Heavy and bulky shipments
Seal the box with adhesive tape and tie it with string.
Adhesive tape as advertising!
By using original tape with your logo or other promotional printing, you can ensure the authenticity of your packaging and raise your company's profile. Promotional tape gives the recipient the assurance that the original packaging has remained intact.
Separating objects from each other
Use grids, spacers, packaging, bubble wrap, etc. Place them between the items you are packing to prevent damage.
Correct labeling of shipments
With the address side correctly labeled, it will be a breeze.

Don't have a printer? No problem!
Write the postal code and address details by hand on the box and continue to enjoy the discount for electronic data transfer.
In both cases, you do not need a postage slip. You sent us the data electronically and received a discount from us as a reward. You can get even bigger discounts with our Customer Card. Simply present the card at the counter when posting your shipment.
Or fill in the details manually
If you are unable to fill in the details electronically, write the delivery address by hand and don't forget the dispatch note.
Fill in the address legibly in block letters; do not use a regular pencil or fountain pen. Also provide us with the recipient's contact details (e-mail or mobile phone number). We can inform them about the delivery of the shipment and provide them with a code for collection. Always double-check the information you have entered on the packaging and the shipping label.
Even if you do not receive a discount for electronic data transfer, you can still take advantage of the discount with your Customer Card, which you can simply present at the counter.

Practice makes perfect
- Packaging appropriate to the nature and weight of the shipment.
- Adequate protection. Deformation zones and fixation appropriate to the nature and weight of the shipment.
- A well-affixed address label or all information filled in correctly and legibly in Latin script.
- The contact details of the addressee.
- The entire shipment must be sturdy and compact.
