 Did you know that data messages are only stored in the data mailbox for 90 days? The data vault automatically stores data messages even after 90 days, so you will never lose an important message again. 

Why use Data Safe?

  • It stores your messages. With Data Vault, your messages will not disappear after 90 days, but will remain in place. Only you can delete them.
  • It works automatically for you. Data Vault frees you from tedious message archiving. No more unnecessary printing of documents, filing in binders or computer directories, or time stamping. Data Vault stores your messages automatically, so you don't have to worry about anything.
  • It makes your work easier. Because stored messages remain directly in the data mailbox among other messages, you will no longer waste time searching for them in printed form or in computer folders. Each stored message has a functional button that you can use to easily delete messages and specify which ones you want to continue archiving.
  • It saves you money. The Data Vault is the most cost-effective option compared to, for example, the authorized conversion of documents that are often several pages long, or the costs of purchasing and operating your own filing service.
  • It strengthens data protection. Česká pošta is responsible for protecting the data stored in the Data Vault, so you don't have to worry about your data messages falling into the wrong hands.
  • It extends the validity of messages. Unlike data archived on your own, for example by printing, messages stored in the Data Vault do not lose their validity.
  • You have a choice. You can use the Data Vault on a contractual basis or without commitment using a credit system. Depending on the type of Data Vault you choose, you can select from a wide range of capacities and message storage periods.

Which Data Safe can I choose from?

Contractual Data Safe

With a contractual Data Safe, you don't have to worry about monitoring the validity period of the service. We will automatically renew your contract after one year. This means you no longer have to worry about forgetting to renew the service and losing your important messages. After one year, we will send a pro forma invoice to your contact details, which you simply pay, and you don't have to worry about anything else. You can choose from 6 types of capacities ranging from 100 to 5,000 messages. In addition, only with a contractual Data Safe do you have the option to archive more than 5,000 messages. Credit Data Safe

You can easily and quickly activate the Data Safe directly in the data mailbox settings. The Credit Data Safe is the right choice for those who don't like contracts and commitments. Unlike the Contractual Data Safe, you also have a choice of additional capacities. You can pay by online transfer via e-banking, credit card, or standard bank transfer.

How to order a Data Safe?

Contractual Data Safe

  1. Visit www.datovy-trezor.cz.
  2. Click on the button: "Go to online order."
  3. Enter your data mailbox ID and follow the instructions on the screen.

Credit Data Safe

  1. Log in to your data mailbox at www.mojedatovaschranka.cz.
  2. Top up your credit easily online.
  3. Activate the Data Vault service in the settings section.

Data Safe for trial 

Every new data box user has the opportunity to try out the Data Safe with a capacity of 20 messages without any obligations. Data messages are stored in the data box for 90 days as standard, and when creating a data mailbox, the user automatically receives a Data Safe trial for an additional 3 months. 

You can terminate the service at any time or switch to the paid version by ordering the service at www.datovy-trezor.cz or by direct payment from your credit. The Data Safe service for 6 months without any obligations can only be used once. After switching to the paid version or terminating the service, it is not possible to use this service again in the future.

Recovery of deleted data messages from the Data Safe

The commercial service for restoring deleted data messages from the Data Safe allows data mailbox users to restore data messages that have been accidentally (or systemically) deleted up to two months after their removal. Payment for this service can only be made using credit.
