International Ordinary Mail for the Blind
A service for sending parcels for blind people abroad, up to a weight of 7 kg. The service is intended for the transport of documents written in tactile writing or audio recordings for the personal use of blind people, provided that the sender or recipient is blind or an institution for the blind.
What can be sent?
- Documents written in tactile Braille for the blind.
- Special papers for the blind, provided that the sender is an institution for the blind.
- Audio recordings for the personal use of the blind, provided that the sender is blind or an institution for the blind.

- If the shipment is transported economically, it is exempt from the basic service fee.

The post office is not liable for damage caused by loss, damage, or depletion of the contents of the shipment.

Maximum length 60 cm, the sum of all three dimensions of the shipment must not exceed 90 cm.

Weight up to 7 kg inclusive to the EU / outside the EU / outside Europe – free of charge
All shipments are transported "priority".
Submission
- The shipment can be submitted at any post office.
- It is advisable to affix a sticker or note in the upper right corner of the shipment stating (Braille shipment) – you can obtain this at any post office at no extra charge.
- A standard Braille shipment must be packaged in such a way that it is possible to check whether its contents comply with postal conditions without damaging the packaging.
- The item is always transported as priority mail.
- When posting, the item must be marked with a note or sticker saying "Prioritaire."
Economically
- If the sender requests that the service be provided at a reduced price, i.e., in the case of a blind parcel, completely exempt from the price for the basic service. In this case, the parcel is not transported to its destination abroad by the fastest means.

The postal service offers contract customers:
- a simpler method of paying for shipments, either on the basis of a prior written agreement on cashless payment for postal services or via a franking machine.
- collection of shipments directly from the sender's premises, again on the basis of a prior written agreement.
