Increase the security of your data mailbox login with SMS login. Once you activate this service, we will send you an SMS with a security code every time you log in to your data mailbox, similar to e-banking. Without the correct SMS code, no one will be able to log in to your data mailbox.

Entering an SMS code is a popular way to increase login security. Similar to online banking, each SMS code is unique and can only be used once.

Anyone can do it

Using SMS authentication is really simple. Just display the SMS message and copy the security code from the message into the login form at www.mojedatovaschranka.cz. Any mobile phone within the coverage area of a mobile operator can receive the security SMS.

No contract or setup required

No contract is required to use this service. You can order login SMS messages directly in your data box settings. You do not need to install anything on your mobile phone or make any special settings.

Service price

The price of the service is CZK 3 per SMS message sent (the price includes VAT in accordance with applicable legal regulations). Payment for incoming SMS messages will be included in your mobile operator's monthly bill or deducted directly from your credit.

Step-by-step guide to using the service

  1. In the data mailbox settings, activate the SMS authentication service and enter the phone number to which we will send you an SMS with a security code.
  2. A free informational SMS message about the activation of the service will be sent to the phone number you have selected. You will then be required to log in with an SMS code each time you log in. You can only use SMS authentication on phone numbers (SIM cards) from Czech mobile operators.
  3. The next time you log in to your data mailbox, select "Log in with SMS code" on the data mailbox portal www.mojedatovaschranka.cz.
  4. A page will open where you can enter your username (ID) and password and have a six-digit code sent to you via SMS.
  5. Once the SMS code arrives on your mobile phone, enter this code into the data mailbox web portal and press the "Log in" button.
