Money cash-on-delivery order C

When using the Cash on Delivery service for domestic registered mail (Registered Letter, Registered Parcel, Registered Mail for the Blind, Insured Letter, Insured Parcel), the post office will collect the amount specified by the sender from the addressee upon delivery. It will then pay this amount to the sender or to a person designated by the sender. The amount must be stated in whole crowns.

The sender must fill out the "Cash on Delivery Money Postal Order C" (or "Cash on Delivery Money Postal Order A") and submit it to the post office along with the mail item.

The sender must include the following on a cash-on-delivery consignment:

  1. the note “Cash on Delivery” and the cash-on-delivery amount in numerals. Any blank spaces next to the amount must be crossed out so that nothing can be added later,
  2. if the cash-on-delivery amount is to be credited to the sender’s account, the sender’s bank details (account number, bank code),
  3. if the cash-on-delivery amount is to be paid to another person, their first name, last name, and address, and, if applicable, their bank details with the note “Recipient of cash-on-delivery amount.”
