Uniform trade discounts are only provided to contractual customers with whom a written framework purchase agreement has been concluded for the year-round constant purchase of newly issued stamps and philatelic goods in the current calendar year on the basis of a completed purchase specification.

Discounts for authorized sellers are only provided to contractual customers with whom a written framework purchase agreement has been concluded for the purchase of postage stamps for payment purposes (postage).
