Czech Post’s call systems
Czech Post has long been equipping its branches with queue management systems that streamline customer service and offer a range of additional features.
- Book a branch appointment - using the ‘Book a branch appointment’ service, you can book a time slot in advance and reduce your waiting time.
- Collect a parcel using a code - you can enter a code to collect a parcel or scan the parcel’s barcode from the ‘Notifications’ section or your mobile phone screen. By entering the collection code or scanning the parcel’s barcode, you can check the parcel’s availability at the post office, speed up the collection of your stored parcel, and the system will automatically assign you a queue number.
- Sending a parcel using a code - iIf you have already filled in the parcel details online, you can enter the dispatch code directly into the queue system. This will speed up your check-in, and the system will automatically assign you a queue number.

Main menu
The queue management system uses a multi-level menu, which allows a wide range of services to be offered on a single screen. In the Main Menu, select the type of service you require and confirm your choice by pressing the button. On the next screen, select the specific service, confirm your choice and collect your queue ticket.
The system allows you to choose one of four language options: Czech (ČJ), German (NJ), English (AJ) and Ukrainian (UJ). You can change the language in the top right-hand corner of the screen, under the flag icon.
Please take only one queue ticket at a time. If necessary, you will be directed to another counter.
