The FDC brings together the square stamp of the Czechoslovak consulate in Marseille with a schematic of refugee routes from Marseille to the free world. The consulate’s stamp was used in provisional Czechoslovak passports, which Vladimír Vochoč issued even after the dissolution of independent Czechoslovakia. He was able to obtain visas from various countries for these passports. Through this illegal activity, he risked his own life.
