Among other things, the new CEO of Česká pošta must have several years of experience in senior management. Experience in the provision of postal or telecommunications services is an advantage. Applications must be submitted to the Ministry of the Interior by January 20, 2026.
The Ministry of the Interior, in its role as founder of the state-owned enterprise, is announcing a transparent selection process for the position of CEO of Česká pošta. One of the main tasks will be to manage the development of the company in connection with the ongoing transformation.
The deadline for applications is January 20, 2026, and the new CEO is expected to take office in March 2026. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in senior management of a state-owned enterprise or a company with a majority state shareholding, or at least five years of experience in statutory bodies or senior management in another commercial company. Experience in the provision of postal or telecommunications services, or services of a similar nature, is an advantage.
