Sale of building in Jindřišská enters next phase
The Czech Post Office has selected a real estate partner to help it sell a building on the corner of Jindřišská and Politických vězňů streets in Prague. Knight Frank was selected in a public tender.
"Our long-term goal is to sell the building on Jindřišská Street. That is why we decided to hire a real estate consultant, who naturally has more experience with selling real estate than Česká pošta. We do not have full use for the property and are able to operate without it," says Ondřej Škorpil, director of shared services at Česká pošta.
"The Czech Post building is located on a large plot of land in an extremely attractive location in the center of Prague. We believe that this opportunity will attract interest, as there are not many opportunities to invest in such trophy properties on the market," adds Zdenka Klapalová, managing director of Knight Frank.
The contract with Knight Frank has a maximum duration of 24 months and its main purpose is to broker the sale of the property on the corner of Jindřišská and Politických vězňů streets. The price of the property will be based on an expert appraisal.
