Planned downtime of Czech Post's central applications

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about a planned shutdown of the Czech Post's central applications from 7:00 p.m. on May 24, 2025, to 7:00 a.m. on May 25, 2025. During this time, the Czech Post and Balíkovna websites will be unavailable, and it will not be possible to submit bulk shipments, search for shipments, or pick up shipments from boxes.
We therefore recommend that you pick up your shipments before the shutdown begins, i.e., no later than Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

In addition, the hours for the public will be limited at the post offices listed below:
