Improved Data mailboxes

The first major change is the ability to switch between mailboxes within a single login. Users who own or have access to multiple data mailboxes can easily access all of their data mailboxes by logging in via NIA (National Identification and Authentication Point) or the eGovernment Mobile Key.

Logging in via NIA or the eGovernment Mobile Key identifies the user and displays all data mailboxes that the user has linked to themselves in any way. In practice, this means that during a single login, the user will be able to conveniently switch from one box to another without having to log in again.

Another step towards improving user-friendliness will be the new option to view attachments directly in the data mailbox client portal, eliminating the need to download individual attachments. The feature will support common document and image formats such as PDF, JPG, GIF, and others.

The display of attachments directly in the data mailbox portal is followed by a third new feature, which is the preview of ZFO attachments also directly in the client data mailbox portal. Users will be able to view the contents of a data message, including its attachments, with a single click.

The last new feature to be implemented will be the clarification of email notifications sent to data mailbox users when a data message is delivered to them. The notifications will be clearer, more comprehensible, and more useful. The notification email will contain more information about the sender and the content of the delivered message. All these improvements were implemented by the Digital and Information Agency (DIA) in cooperation with the ISDS operator – Česká pošta, s.p.
