Czech Post significantly improved its financial performance last year
The Czech Post's losses for last year decreased by almost CZK 1 billion compared to 2022. In percentage terms, the economic result improved by almost 60%. This year's plan anticipates further significant improvement, and by 2026 at the latest, the transformed company should enter an era of profitable operations. These results have been achieved thanks to a number of stabilization measures; the most significant ones last year included a reduction in the number of permanent employees, optimization of the branch and letter delivery network, and several waves of partial operational savings across the entire company.
