Branch opening hours during the upcoming holidays - 2025 - Czech Post
The Czech Post Office has announced the opening hours for the public at post offices and Partner post offices during the upcoming Christmas holidays, New Year's Eve 2025, and New Year's Day.
December 24, 2025
- All post offices closed.
- This also applies to post offices in shopping centers.
- Four Partner post offices open – see attachment.
December 25 and 26, 2025
- All post offices and Partner post offices closed
- The provisions of Act No. 223/2016 Coll. apply to these holidays (i.e., shopping centers will be closed).
December 31, 2025
- Post offices with morning opening hours → morning HpV, max. until 12:00 p.m.
- This also applies to post offices in shopping centers.
- Other post offices will be closed.
- Partner post offices will be open according to the operator's requirements – see attachment.
- The provisions of Act No. 223/2016 Coll. do not apply to this holiday (i.e., shopping centers will not be closed).
- The operating hours for the 210 123 456 hotline on this day are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
January 1, 2026
- All post offices and Partner post offices closed
- The provisions of Act No. 223/2016 Coll. apply to these holidays (i.e., shopping centers will be closed).
