What will you use the app for?
Using your mobile phone or tablet, you can easily:
- automatically retrieve shipments that have been sent to you
- track a shipment, change its delivery location and time, or other parameters
- display the code for picking up a shipment
- temporarily change the delivery of parcel shipments to a selected branch
- extend the storage period at the branch
- find detailed information about branches
- make an appointment at a branch for a specific day and time
- track the queue in front of you at the branch by entering your ticket number
- find the postal code and the nearest post office
- use your Customer Card directly from your phone
- view information about your ID card

Description of functions
Tracking your shipment
Set up automatic shipment retrieval, a service that uses your contact details (email or phone number) to find newly submitted shipments and automatically add them to your mobile app for tracking, so you don't have to scan or enter them manually. Newly shipped items will also send you a notification, so you won't miss them.
In the shipment details, you will find out where the shipment is located and all other information about it. For example, you can find out who sent you the shipment, what stage of transport it is in, and more.
Pickup code
If you don't want to spend time searching for your pickup code among other text messages, you can set up a service to display the pickup code directly in the shipment details in the mobile app. In the settings for this service, enter and verify your contact details (e-mail or phone number), and for shipments where the sender has provided one of the verified contacts, the pickup code will be displayed after the shipment is saved.
The shipment details also display a code for picking up the shipment from the delivery person, which allows anyone other than the addressee to accept the shipment at the delivery address, similar to how it works with parcels at the post office. The code is displayed in the shipment details in the delivery status.
Change of delivery
Have you received notification that a package has been sent to you, but you know you won't be available at the specified address at the specified time? Do you need to extend the storage period for a stored package so you can pick it up later?
All this and much more can be found under the "Change delivery" button directly in the mobile app in the shipment details. With just a few clicks, you can arrange for your shipment to be stored at a branch, have it redelivered, change the delivery time, etc.
Temporary change of delivery
Are you unavailable at one location during the day, or do you prefer to pick up your parcel at the post office rather than wait for the delivery person? Are you on a long vacation, at your cottage, or away from your usual address for any other reason?
The Temporary Delivery Change feature is just for you. It allows you to automatically redirect the delivery of your Parcel to Hand or other parcel shipments to a branch of your choice. This feature also allows you to extend the storage period during which your parcel will be waiting for you at the selected post office.
Search for mail
Are you interested in finding out which post office is closest to you, what services it offers, or what time it closes? The nearest branches are displayed automatically, including the distance in kilometers. You can further filter post offices, e.g., by services or opening hours. You can view the selected post office on a map or simply navigate to it. You can save post offices that you visit repeatedly to your Favorites tab.
Post office appointment booking
Don't want to waste your time waiting at the post office? Reserve a counter in advance! Simply fill out a form to select the service, date, and time you want to reserve, enter your contact details, and submit your order.
When you visit, enter the reservation code generated in your email into the call system. A ticket with a serial number will be printed, and you will be served shortly.
This service is only available at branches with a call system.
Ticket numbers
Enter your ticket into the app and it will display your number. It will also send you a notification when it is your turn. At the same time, you will find out the number of the counter you need to go to.
Customer card
You can easily upload your plastic Customer Card directly to the mobile app. This means you no longer need to carry it with you physically and can simply show the card details displayed on your phone screen at the post office counter.
Recipient card
Would you like your loved ones to be able to pick up shipments for you? It's easy, just set up a Recipient Card for your Customer Card. All information about who can pick up shipments for you and who you can pick up shipments for is clearly displayed in the mobile app.
