Czech Post to increase some of its prices starting from August, clients using the Customer Card can save money

After five years, Czech Post is going to change the price of some of its services, i.e. basic letters, money orders A and international consignments. It has also come with the Customer Card which offers its clients substantial savings.

We know how to save money on fuel

Today, Czech Post in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade is launching the web portal www.tankujlevneji.cz (Fill Your Fuel Tank in a Cheaper Way). Thanks to an interactive map, it will offer the users current prices of petrol and diesel at petrol stations all over the country. The application is also available for tablets and smart phones.

Czech Post launches a system to facilitate the access of companies to public contracts i-zakázky, (i-Contracts), automatically searches for and monitors public contracts worth as little as CZK 20,000.

A profit of CZK 306 million and operating revenues of CZK 20,183 million. Such is the balance sheet of Czech Post for 2012.

It is positive for Czech Post that in the past year it maintained its overall revenues above the level of CZK 20 billion despite the clear downward trend in revenues from traditional postal services (ordinary letters, registered letters, money orders) in the recent years.
