Information Concerning GDPR
Czech Post is the controller of personal data provided by those calling the Czech Post’s call centre. In the case of call monitoring, Czech Post processes personal data from these calls in order to improve the quality of the provided services based on the consent of the recorded client. Call records are kept for a limited period of time, which is required to perform quality control and defend legal claims.
