Contractual partners can post Parcel Delivery To Parcel Pickup Outlet consignments at any post office or by using our pickup services. Data files necessary for posting can be sent through our PostingOnline application, by email, or via the API interface.
We will keep you informed about your consignment from the time of its posting until it is picked up. You will receive an email notification as soon as your consignment is accepted for transportation.
You will receive another (email/SMS) notification at the time your consignment is deposited at the Balikovna parcel pickup outlet selected by you. The consignment is then ready for pickup.
Use the queue management system at the post office to select the Balíkovna service (or read the barcode on your mobile phone if the queue management system enables it). You will then be called to the counter for priority pickup.
