SuperCASH payments

SuperCASH is a service which is available at any post office. It offers online shoppers the possibility to pay in cash for services and goods bought online.

What is superCASH?

SuperCASH payments for goods or services combine the benefits of modern electronic payments which are fast and safe with the traditional way of payment which requires no payment card, mobile phone or electronic banking. SuperCASH payments via our payment system are completely discreet, safe, fast (instantaneous), and very simple.

Who can use superCASH?

This type of payments can be used by:

a.     online shoppers who need to pay as soon as possible for services (e.g. last minute services) or goods ordered online but who fear (or who do not have the possibility) to pay for them electronically;

b.    online shop operators who need to quickly receive money from customers but do not want to impose any further conditions (e.g. payment by card or mobile phone) on them. Online shop operators must use the MANUM superCASH system to be able to use the service and the possibility to pay at over eight thousand post office counters.

How to pay via superCASH?

The customer has to visit any post office and produce the online shop order form with unique payment identifier or the superCASH number. The payment will be made in cash and the customer will get a receipt which can be used as proof of payment. The superCASH system operator will charge a one-off fee of CZK 10 payable by either the customer or the shop operator.

Czech Post will charge the customer no fee for mediating the service.
