What is Data Safe?
Data Safe is a helpful service if you want to keep your emails safe in your mailbox after the lapse of 90 days. Once you have activated Data Safe your received and sent emails older than 90 days will be automatically removed to the data safe without any further action on your side.
Why use Data Safe?
Data Safe is the only option that allows you to archive, filter and further process your emails without fear of losing them after the lapse of 90 days. In comparison with the cost of other services, such as authorised conversion of often several pages long documents or setting up and operating your own filing service, it is also the cheapest alternative. At the same time the we guarantee the security and protection of data stored in the Data Safe information systems. Unlike ordinary data safes, our guarantee applies also to potential loss or damage caused to the stored data for which a contractual fine can be claimed by the affected user.
How can I activate Data Safe?
Visit the nearest post office in the Czech POINT network.
What do I need to bring with me?
- Your mailbox identifier, and
- Your identity card.
