Description
A modern, fast and reliable way of transporting goods weighing up to 30kg with guaranteed delivery time. The maximum declared value of a Commercial Parcel is CZK 100,000. The maximum compensation payable by the Czech Post is the agreed limit, i.e. declared value. Once posted, Commercial Parcels are tracked&traced by the Czech Post T&T system.

Payment
In cash, with postage stamps, contractual customers also by direct debit or by bank transfer.
Posting
- Fill in the certificate of posting form (Posting Card or Posting Sheet); do not forget to fill in the declared value.
- You can use select post offices for posting your parcel.
- Fill in the address in the Address Label provided to you by the Czech Post free of charge.
- If your parcel weighs more than 15kg, make it up to facilitate safe and easy handling by two persons.
- Commercial Parcel shaped as a tube or roll, up to 120cm in height and up to 30cm in diameter, are carried without any extra charge for Cumbersome.
Delivery
- Your Commercial Parcel will be delivered to the recipient only against certificate of delivery.
- You can get information on delivery of your Commercial Parcel by using our online Track&Trace service.
- Delivery information are available the day next to the posting.
