You can use the Longer Collection Time Application Form - Already Deposited Items if you have received a notice informing you about an item deposited at the delivery post office after an unsuccessful attempt at its delivery to you but are not able to collect the item by the latest collection time. The maximum collection time is one month. The service is free of charge.
The service is not available for items qualified by the sender as "Deposit for 3 days only" or "Deposit for 10 days only" or "No Longer Collection Time" items. The service is also not available with the following services: Commercial Parcel; Mail Order Parcel, or for money remittances.
