Complaints

How to make a complaint for damage or some contents missing?

If the addressee finds out after delivery that the item is damaged or some contents are missing, they can make a complaint with any post office. The complaint must be made at the latest two working days after delivery.

The item must be presented as delivered, i.e. inclusive of its outer and inner packages. The addressee may also use other credible evidence to prove the “as delivered” condition.
