Stamps with coupons for additional prints

A simple way to make your friends happy.

They are also a good way to advertise your company or products.

Just use envelopes and stamps with your company logo or other details

Because of the long history and huge volumes of stamps postal administrations have traditionally been very careful about who or what should appear on the faces of stamps. You could not think of the idea of seeing your own face or your company logo on stamps.

But now there is nothing that could prevent you from using your own stamps with personalised coupons showing any picture, drawing or text. Why not use a photograph of yourself, your friends, children, or of your car or house.

Sheets of stamps with coupons

You can buy sheets of 9 stamps plus 9 coupons with the same motif. A different text or picture may appear on the other 2 coupons in the right hand side of the sheet.

Coupons used without stamps are invalid. You must affix both the coupon and the stamp on envelopes or postcards to be accepted by post.

How can I order them?

Fill out and return to us a signed copy of the relevant order form obtained at:

• certain post offices,
• our premises PostFila in Prague - Holešovice,
• or downloaded here (Only the Czech version):

Sorry, but there are no other ways to place an order, such as by phone or email.

We will also need the details (photographs, drawings, digital data) of your motif. The minimum physical format is 23x30mm. Accepted digital formats are JPG, TIF, BMP with a minimum resolution of 200dpi and a maximum size of 2MB. The best way is to attach them to the order form. If you decide to send them by email, do not forget to mention the email address in the order form sent by post. Otherwise we would not be able to identify the sender of the email.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on how an order is placed.

• Orders placed directly at PostFila and paid in cash can be made while you wait. Our opening hours are:
  Monday 9.00-12.00am
  Tuesday 9.00-12.00am
  Wednesday 9.00-11.30am and 1.00-6.00pm
• You can place an order with us also on other working days between 8.00-12am and (except on Friday) 1.00-3.00pm; but the delivery will take about one week (depending on the workload).
• Delivery of stamps with coupons ordered by post and paid by bank transfer or money order takes about three weeks (depending on the workload).

Payment

You can use any of the following ways to pay for your order provided that the payment is made at the time when you place the order:

• by bank transfer to account number 134472054/0300 with ČSOB, a.s.; or
• by Money Order A; or
• in cash at our premises.

The name of the payer must be the same as the name stated in the order form. Any differences must be indicated in the order form!

We will start the production as soon as the payment is credited to our account.

Volume discounts from the price of additional prints are available for orders of 10 or more sheets with the same motif.

You can also choose from the following special motifs. They were designed for special purposes, such as birthday, Valentine, Easter or Christmas greetings.

Envelopes with additional prints

Additional prints are now available also on envelopes.

Now you can boast of personalised envelopes no one else has! Production starts from 1 piece per motif.
Envelopes give you a larger space for presentation. You may also use them as an original cover for C5-sized sheets. The artwork may be any of the motifs used on the ordered sheets of stamps with coupons (exactly the same design or any of its standard adjustments are acceptable) or any of our special motifs.

The following basic types of envelopes are available for additional prints:

• Envelope C6 (ordinary size): standard version, made of white paper (CZK 1/pc);
• Envelope C6 (ordinary size): luxury version, made of structured paper (CZK 3/pc);
• Envelope C5 (sized as a sheet of stamps): standard version, made of white paper (CZK 1/pc);
• Envelope DL (the so-called long envelope): standard version, made of white paper (CZK 1/pc).

The final selling price is the selling price of envelopes (incl. V.A.T.) plus the price of additional prints (incl. V.A.T.).
