Stamps issued on June 16th, 2010 celebrating the history and beauties of the Czech Republic
The first stamp, commemorating the 700 years since the succession of the Luxembourgs to the Czech throne, is coming as a common issue with Luxembourg. The stamp features John of Luxembourg and his wife Elizabeth of Bohemia together with the coats of arm of Luxembourg and Bohemia.
The second stamp, commemorating an anniversary, features the Astronomical Clock in Prague Old Town. This attractive and beautiful clock has been admired 600 years already.
The next couple of stamps from the issue Beauties of Our Country features the towns Klatovy and ©tramberk.
The last one of the stamps issued on June 16th also celebrates the diverse beauty of the Czech Republic. The motif on the stamp Protected Landscape Area ®ďárské Hills is the forest landscape in the ®dárské Hills region.
