International Commercial Parcel meets the needs of both individuals and businesses mailing current messages and private correspondence, gifts, documents or goods abroad. Compensation is available from posting to delivery. You can send your International Commercial Parcel with guaranteed delivery time to these Destination Countries. Posting
- You can use select post offices or authorised postal staff for posting your parcel. It may also be picked up at the sender's premises subject to an agreement made with our sales force.
- You can send your parcel to select destination countries. International Commercial Parcels addressed to P.O. Boxes or poste restante are not acceptable.
- Fill in the Certificate of Posting in the prescribed format in accordance with the printed instructions.
- For the purpose of guaranteed delivery time, International Commercial Parcels posted after the latest acceptance time are considered posted the next working day.
Delivery
- Your parcel will be despatched by us as fast as possible and delivered by the foreign postal operator at the latest on the guaranteed working day (see the Destination Countries).
- If your item cannot be delivered to the addressee at the given address, it can be deposited by the foreign operator. The standard collection time is 14 calendar days.
- Your item will be delivered by the foreign operator only against certificate of delivery.
- Your item will be handled by the foreign operator according to your instructions. If it cannot be delivered, you will get it back with a note describing the reason why it could not be delivered.
- You can get information on delivery of your International Commercial Parcel by using our online Track&Trace service or you can call us toll-free at 800 177 889, at the latest one month from the day of posting.
